Feeling Alive Health offers personalized virtual healthcare for adults in Florida and Oregon. I provide direct-pay care with transparent membership fees and individualized treatment plans.
At Feeling Alive Health, I take the time to understand the bigger picture - not just one symptom. Your care is based on your health history, symptoms, goals, and, when appropriate, laboratory testing.

Initial Consultation — $50
Every new patient starts with a comprehensive virtual medical evaluation to discuss their health concerns, history, and goals.
Your consultation includes:
Review of your medical history, medications, and previous laboratory results when available.
Discussion of your symptoms, health goals, and appropriate testing or treatment options.
Personalized recommendations and guidance on the most appropriate next steps for your care.
This visit helps determine whether a monthly membership is appropriate for your needs. Enrollment is optional.
Before your appointment: Payment of the $50 consultation fee and completion of required intake forms are due at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit to confirm your appointment.
Monthly Memberships
Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership
$65/month
Ongoing virtual primary care for adults seeking a consistent relationship with the same provider.
Includes preventive care, chronic condition management, medication management, appropriate non-emergency acute care, follow-up visits, secure messaging, and care coordination when needed.
Direct Primary Care is a medical services membership and is not health insurance.
Labs, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate costs.
Men’s Testosterone Therapy (TRT)
$100/month
Personalized evaluation and ongoing medical management for men with symptoms of testosterone deficiency. Treatment is based on your symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, and clinical appropriateness.
Includes treatment planning, monitoring, medication management, treatment adjustments, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and secure messaging related to your care.
Labs, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate costs.
Women’s Hormone Therapy (HRT)
$100/month
Personalized hormone care for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or other hormone-related concerns. Treatment is tailored to your symptoms, medical history, and individual needs.
Includes treatment planning, monitoring, medication management, treatment adjustments, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and secure messaging related to your care.
Labs, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate costs.
Medical Weight Management
$100/month
Personalized medical support for weight management and metabolic health, with treatment options based on your health history, goals, and clinical needs.
Includes treatment planning, appropriate follow-up, ongoing monitoring, treatment adjustments, medication management when appropriate, and secure messaging related to your care.
Labs, imaging, medications, and supplements are separate costs.
Combined Membership Options
Hormone Therapy + Medical Weight Management
$175/month
Combine hormone therapy and medical weight management under one coordinated specialty care plan.
Direct Primary Care + One Specialty Program
$150/month
Combine Direct Primary Care with one specialty program: TRT, HRT, or medical weight management.
DPC covers your ongoing primary care needs, while your specialty membership covers care related to your selected treatment program.
Direct Primary Care + Both Specialized Programs
$225/month
Includes ongoing primary care, hormone therapy, and medical weight management under one provider.

What Your Membership Includes
Your monthly membership covers the provider services outlined in your selected program, including applicable visits, treatment planning, monitoring, and secure messaging.
The following costs are separate from your membership:
Laboratory testing and iImaging
Prescription medications, including compounded medications
Supplements and other recommended products
You may be able to use your insurance directly for eligible laboratory testing, imaging, or prescriptions through outside providers, depending on your plan.
Feeling Alive Health does not bill insurance for its professional medical services.
Need care for an acute concern?
Appropriate non-emergency acute visits are included in the Direct Primary Care membership.
Patients enrolled only in a specialty program may schedule a separate $60 acute telehealth visit for unrelated concerns. No separate acute-visit fee applies to concerns that are part of the specialty treatment already being managed.
Non-members may also book a one-tome $60 acute telehealth visit, when appropriate.
All visits are subject to clinical suitability for telehealth and do not replace emergency care.

We’ll discuss your needs and determine whether Direct Primary Care, Hormone Health, Medical Weight Management, a combination, or another option is appropriate for you.

Programs & Treatment

Many aspects of hormone, thyroid, metabolic, and weight-management care can be provided through telehealth when appropriate. Treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, symptoms, clinical evaluation, and appropriate laboratory testing.
Some situations may require an in-person examination, testing, or another type of care.

Some treatments require laboratory testing or other evaluation before they can be safely recommended. Testing depends on your symptoms, medical history, and the treatment being considered. Testing costs are separate from membership fees.

Testosterone therapy may be prescribed when medically appropriate following a comprehensive evaluation and appropriate laboratory testing. Ongoing monitoring is required throughout treatment.

Yes. Your healthcare needs can change over time. If another membership—or a combination of memberships—becomes a better fit, we’ll discuss your options and update your care accordingly.
Pricing, Insurance & Medications

Feeling Alive Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance for medical visits.
This allows me to provide longer, personalized visits focused on your health rather than insurance requirements.
You may still be able to use your insurance for eligible laboratory testing, imaging, and prescriptions. HSA/FSA funds may also be used for eligible services depending on your plan.

Yes. Although I don’t bill insurance for medical visits, you may be able to use your insurance for eligible laboratory testing, imaging, and prescriptions through your pharmacy.
Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan.

Your membership covers your medical care and provider support, including virtual visits, ongoing monitoring, treatment-plan adjustments, medication management when medically appropriate, and secure patient-portal messaging.
Labs, imaging, medications, and supplements are billed separately.

If medication is recommended, I’ll send the prescription to your preferred pharmacy or, when appropriate, a compounding pharmacy. Medications are paid for separately from your membership.
Supplements are not required. If I recommend supplements as part of your care, you’re welcome to purchase them through my recommended dispensary or from another retailer of your choice.

Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice, in accordance with the practice policies.

A Note About Virtual Care
Feeling Alive Health is a virtual practice. Some services that require a hands-on examination, procedures, vaccinations, imaging, or in-person testing may need to be completed with another healthcare provider. When needed, I’ll help guide you on the appropriate next steps and coordinate care when appropriate.

I currently provide virtual care to patients who are physically located in Florida or Oregon at the time of their appointment. Telehealth laws vary by state, so you must be physically located in a state where I am licensed when we meet.
