Initial Consultation: $50

All new patients begin with a comprehensive initial consultation.

Together, we will determine whether Direct Primary Care, Metabolic & Hormone Health, a combination of both, or another service is the best fit for your needs.

Your visit may include:

  • Review of symptoms and medical history

  • Discussion of health goals

  • Review of prior labs (if available)

  • Recommendations for additional testing when appropriate

  • Personalized treatment plan and next steps

  • Recommendation for the care program that best fits your needs (if ongoing care is appropriate)

Appointments are conducted securely through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Metabolic & Hormone Health Membership

$100/month

Specialized virtual care for adults seeking support with hormone health, thyroid disorders, metabolic wellness, medical weight management, fatigue, brain fog, or unexplained weight changes.

Depending on your needs, care may include women’s hormone therapy, men’s testosterone optimization, thyroid management, medical weight loss, and lifestyle counseling.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership

$65/month

Ongoing virtual primary care for preventive care, acute concerns, chronic disease management, medication management, and long-term wellness.

Direct Primary Care is a medical services membership and is not health insurance. Because Feeling Alive Health is a virtual practice, certain services that require hands-on examination, procedures, vaccinations, imaging, or in-person testing may need to be completed with another healthcare provider. When needed, I’ll help coordinate care and guide you on appropriate next steps.

Membership fees cover medical management and provider support. Labs, medications, and supplements are billed separately.

Acute Care Telehealth Visit

$60 Consultation

Evaluation and treatment of select non-emergency conditions appropriate for telehealth.

Common conditions treated include:

  • urinary tract infections

  • sinus symptoms

  • pink eye, rashes

  • minor skin infections

  • medication concerns

  • other conditions appropriate for virtual evaluation.

Not intended for medical emergencies.

One-Time Lab Review Consultation

$60 Consultation

For patients seeking a focused laboratory review without ongoing membership enrollment.

Includes:

  • Review of completed laboratory testing

  • Personalized recommendations

  • Discussion of potential next steps

Please note: This consultation does not include ongoing treatment, prescription management, or between-visit messaging.

Credit toward membership: If you choose to join a monthly membership within 7 days of your lab review, your $60 fee will be credited toward your first month.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Feeling Alive Health is a direct-pay (cash-pay) practice. I do not bill insurance, which allows me to provide longer, personalized visits focused on your health rather than insurance requirements. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services. Please check with your plan administrator.

  • Your $50 initial consultation is a comprehensive virtual visit where I’ll review your symptoms, medical history, health goals, and any previous laboratory results. Together, we’ll discuss the next steps, including whether additional lab testing is recommended before starting treatment.

  • In most cases, yes. Hormone, thyroid, and metabolic treatment recommendations are based on your symptoms, medical history, and laboratory results—not symptoms alone. If needed, I’ll order labs through your insurance (if applicable) or a direct-pay laboratory partner before finalizing your treatment plan.

  • Yes. Although I do not bill insurance for office visits, you may be able to use your insurance for laboratory testing, imaging, and prescriptions filled at retail pharmacies, depending on your individual plan. Compounded medications are typically not covered by insurance.

  • If medication is recommended, I’ll send your prescription to your preferred retail pharmacy or, when appropriate, to a compounding pharmacy for specialty formulations. Depending on the pharmacy, medications may be shipped directly to your home or available for local pickup.

  • No. Supplement recommendations are always optional. You’re welcome to purchase them through my recommended dispensary or from another retailer of your choice.

  • Direct Primary Care is designed for patients looking for ongoing primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, medication management, and acute concerns appropriate for telehealth.

    The Metabolic & Hormone Health Membership focuses on specialized care for hormone health, thyroid conditions, metabolic wellness, and medical weight management.

    Some patients choose one membership, while others benefit from combining both for comprehensive primary care and specialized metabolic and hormone care under one provider.

    During your consultation, I’ll help determine which option best fits your healthcare needs.

  • Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice, in accordance with the practice policies.

  • Feeling Alive Health is ideal for adults looking for personalized virtual care, including preventive primary care, hormone health, thyroid support, medical weight management, metabolic health, and chronic disease management.

  • Your membership includes clinical visits, ongoing monitoring, treatment plan adjustments, medication management when medically appropriate, and secure messaging.

    Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and supplements are billed separately.

  • Memberships are recommended for patients who benefit from ongoing monitoring, medication management, and continued follow-up.

  • Yes. Virtual care allows you to receive personalized medical care from the comfort of your home. Treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, symptoms, laboratory results, and current clinical guidelines—just as they would be during an in-person visit.

  • Yes, when medically appropriate. Testosterone therapy is prescribed only after a comprehensive evaluation, review of laboratory results, and confirmation that treatment is clinically indicated. Ongoing monitoring is required throughout treatment.

  • I currently provide virtual care to patients located in Florida or Oregon at the time of their appointment.

    Because telehealth laws vary by state, you must be physically located in a state where I’m licensed when we meet.

  • Yes. I provide care in both English and Spanish.

  • Feeling Alive Health provides non-emergency telehealth care. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

  • Many patients use Feeling Alive Health as their primary source of ongoing primary care through the Direct Primary Care Membership. When needed, I’ll help coordinate your care and recommend appropriate follow-up.

  • Yes. Your healthcare needs may change over time. If a different membership - or a combination of memberships - becomes a better fit, we’ll discuss your options and update your care plan accordingly.
