Medication management
Monthly membership fees cover medical management and provider access only. Prescription medications, supplements, and laboratory diagnostic testing are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab.

Credit toward membership: If you choose to join a monthly membership within 7 days of your lab review, your $75 fee will be credited toward your first month.

No. Feeling Alive Health is a direct-pay telehealth practice and does not bill insurance networks. This model allows for longer, relaxed virtual appointments and direct access to your board-certified Nurse Practitioner without insurance constraints.

No. Monthly membership fees strictly cover professional medical services, continuous tracking, dosage titrations, and secure messaging.
Laboratory testing and prescription medications are billed separately by third-party facilities. You always maintain the right to use the laboratory or pharmacy of your choice.
Patients may use insurance when accepted by the laboratory or utilize available cash-pay options.

Never. Memberships operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can cancel your plan at any time with a simple 30-day written cancellation notice submitted through your Spruce Health app.

We securely serve adult patients who are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of their virtual appointment.
