My Philosophy
At Feeling Alive Health, I believe healthcare should be personalized, thoughtful, and focused on the whole person - not rushed or limited to treating individual symptoms. I created this practice to provide the kind of care where patients have the time to share their concerns, ask questions, and feel truly heard.

I believe the best healthcare happens when patients and providers work together. My approach is centered on listening, education, prevention, and creating realistic plans that fit your life.
I work with patients to better understand the factors that may be contributing to symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, hormonal concerns, thyroid conditions, and metabolic health so we can create an individualized care plan together.

Lucia Obregon, APRN, FNP-C
Hi, I’m Lucia.
With nearly 20 years of nursing and healthcare experience, my career began as a registered nurse working in emergency medicine, intensive care, pediatric intensive care, surgical care, and outpatient gynecology.
Today, as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized virtual care for adults throughout Florida and Oregon, combining my background in acute care, women’s health, and primary care with a focus on preventive and whole-person healthcare.
I know how frustrating it can feel to leave an appointment with unanswered questions or to be told that symptoms are simply part of getting older. My goal is to listen carefully, help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel, and work together to create a plan that supports your health now and in the future.
