Hi, I’m Lucia—the founder and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner behind Feeling Alive Health.
With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, my clinical career began as a registered nurse working across emergency room, intensive care (ICU), pediatric ICU, surgical, and outpatient gynecology settings. These demanding clinical environments shaped my deep foundation in acute care, complex medical decision-making, and women’s specialized health.
As an advanced practice family nurse practitioner, I focus on merging preventive primary care with deep-dive metabolic health. In recent years, I have specialized entirely in telehealth delivery, providing highly accessible, convenient clinical care without sacrificing deep personal connection or patient continuity.
I partner with patients to help them safely restore energy, optimize complex hormone panels, kickstart a sluggish metabolism, and protect long-term wellness.
