Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern, membership-based approach that offers a membership-based approach that does not rely on insurance billing. By charging a transparent monthly fee, you get unhurried virtual access to your board-certified Nurse Practitioner whenever you need care.

Initial Consultation- $50
Your first visit includes:

Monthly Memberships
Ages 18–25: $85 / month
Ages 26–45: $100 / month
Ages 46+: $115 / month
Memberships renew automatically every 30 days.
DPC is a medical services membership and is not health insurance.

Virtual Primary Care
Personalized telehealth visits for preventive care, chronic disease management, and routine medical concerns.
Acute Care
Virtual evaluation of common non-emergency illnesses when appropriate.
Secure Messaging
Communicate directly with your provider through your secure patient portal between visits.
Important Information
Membership Fees: Membership covers provider medical services only. Laboratory testing, imaging, prescription medications, and supplements are billed separately.
Virtual Care: Feeling Alive Health provides telehealth services only and does not provide emergency care or in-person physical examinations. Call 911 for medical emergencies.
Controlled Substances: Controlled substances for chronic pain or chronic psychiatric conditions are not prescribed through this practice.
