Monthly Memberships (Age- Tiered)
Your monthly membership acts as your virtual medical home, providing ongoing access without insurance restrictions.
Ages 18–25: $85 / month
Ages 26–45: $100 / month
Ages 46+: $115 / month
Note: Memberships renew automatically every 30 days to your card on file. DPC is a medical services contract, not health insurance.

Virtual Primary Care
Long, relaxed telehealth visits to safely manage your routine health, preventative wellness, and chronic conditions (like high blood pressure, cholesterol, or metabolic health).
Acute Care Telehealth
Virtual evaluations for acute, minor non-emergency concerns, including cold/flu symptoms, sinus infections, seasonal allergies, and mild skin flares.
Direct Provider Access
Skip the automated chatbots and rushed reception lines. Message me securely through the Spruce Health app for direct, personalized support between your visits
Important Practice Boundaries
Fees & Medications: Membership fees cover professional medical services only; laboratory testing, imaging, supplements, and prescription medications are billed separately by third-party facilities.
Clinical Limitations: Feeling Alive Health is a 100% virtual practice and does not provide emergency care or hands-on physical exams. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Controlled Substances: Chronic pain or psychiatric controlled substances (such as narcotics or benzodiazepines) are strictly not prescribed via this telehealth platform.
