Direct Primary Care is a modern healthcare model that does not rely on insurance billing. Instead, you pay a transparent monthly membership fee for personalized virtual care and ongoing access to your Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
This approach allows for:

Some patients also benefit from combining Direct Primary Care with the Metabolic & Hormone Health Membership for comprehensive primary care plus specialized support for hormone health, thyroid conditions, metabolism, and medical weight management.
What I Help Manage
My DPC membership supports both preventive care and ongoing medical management for adults across Florida & Oregon.
Care may include:
Preventive care and wellness visits
High blood pressure and cholesterol management
Diabetes prevention and management
Cardiometabolic health concerns, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar management
Medication management
Routine follow-up care
Evaluation of common acute illnesses when appropriate
Lifestyle and nutrition counseling
Care coordination and specialist referrals when needed
Specialized hormone care, thyroid management, testosterone therapy, and medical weight management are available through the Metabolic & Hormone Health Membership. Patients who want both ongoing primary care and specialized care may combine both memberships for comprehensive care under one provider.

Initial Consultation: $50
Your first visit includes:
Review of your medical history
Discussion of your health goals
Personalized treatment recommendations and next steps
Monthly Membership: $65/mo
Your membership provides ongoing access to personalized primary care services and medical management.
Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and supplements are billed separately.
Memberships renew automatically every 30 days.
DPC is a medical services membership and is not health insurance.

Feeling Alive Health provides virtual medical care only. Because Feeling Alive Health is a virtual practice, certain services that require hands-on evaluation, procedures, vaccinations, or in-person testing may need to be completed with another healthcare provider. If needed, I’ll help coordinate your care and recommend appropriate follow-up.
