Initial Consultation - $50
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive virtual medical evaluation focused on your health history, symptoms, medications, previous lab results when available, and health goals. We’ll discuss appropriate testing and treatment options and determine which care program may best fit your needs.
You don’t need to choose a membership before booking. Enrollment is optional and depends on your needs.

What to Expect
Your initial consultation is focused on understanding your health and identifying appropriate next steps.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss:
Your symptoms and health concerns
Your medical history, medications, and current treatments
Your health goals and relevant lifestyle factors
Previous lab results, when available
Additional testing and treatment options, when appropriate

What Happens After Your Consultation?

We’ll discuss your symptoms, history, goals, and available information.

If additional testing or evaluation is appropriate, I’ll explain my recommendations.

Depending on your needs, we may discuss primary care, a specialty program, a combination of services, or referral for other care.

04 — Decide how to proceed
You can decide whether to enroll in a membership after discussing your options. There is no obligation to enroll.
Before Your Appointment

01 — Book
Choose your preferred appointment time.

02 — Complete Your Intake
After booking, you’ll receive instructions to access your secure patient portal, complete the required intake forms and consent documents, and submit payment.

03 — Confirm Your Appointment
Your consultation fee and completed intake and consent forms must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment to secure your requested time.
A Note About Virtual Care
Feeling Alive Health is a virtual practice. Some services require an in-person examination, procedure, vaccination, imaging, or other in-person testing and may need to be completed with another healthcare provider. When needed, I’ll help guide you on the appropriate next steps.
You must be physically located in Florida or Oregon at the time of your telehealth appointment.
Direct-Pay Care
Feeling Alive Health is a direct-pay medical practice. I do not bill insurance for my professional medical services.
Your initial consultation fee covers your first virtual medical evaluation. If you choose to enroll in a membership, the monthly fee covers the provider services included in your selected program.
Laboratory testing, imaging, prescription medications, and supplements are separate costs. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to use your insurance directly for eligible laboratory testing, imaging, or prescriptions through outside providers.
There are no insurance claims for my professional medical services. Membership fees and any additional costs will be explained before you proceed.
