Evaluation and personalized testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men. I offer individualized evaluation, appropriate testing, and treatment options for men based on their symptoms and medical needs.

Personalized evaluation and hormone therapy options for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or other hormone-related concerns when treatment is appropriate. I offer individualized evaluation, appropriate testing, and treatment options for women based on their symptoms and medical needs.

Step 1: Book Your $50 Initial Consultation
Pay the initial consultation fee. Get access to your own client portal. Complete intake and consent forms.

Step 2: Comprehensive Evaluation
Meet with me virtually to talk about what’s been going on and what you want to improve. I’ll review your history, symptoms, goals, and previous labs when available.

Step 3: Personalized Plan
Choose your monthly plan option for ongoing access to comprehensive care with your Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Step 4: Ongoing Support
I’ll continue working with you through follow-up visits, secure messaging, monitoring, and adjustments as needed.

Combined hormone therapy and medical weight management in one coordinated membership, with follow-up and treatment monitoring tailored to your clinical needs.

Primary Care + Specialized Treatment
$150
Direct Primary Care covers your ongoing primary care needs. A specialty membership covers your specific hormone or wieght-management program.
Choose Direct Primary Care, a specialized treatment program, or combine both for more coordinated care. Each membership covers the services described in that program.
A Clear Approach to Costs
Your membership covers your care directly with me, including your visits, personalized evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing care based on the membership you choose.
There are no insurance claims or surprise fees for your membership. You’ll know the recommended next steps and expected costs before proceeding.
Labs, imaging, prescriptions, and medications are separate from your membership and are paid for separately. When appropriate, you may be able to use your health insurance for eligible labs and imaging.

I know how frustrating it can be to feel dismissed or told your symptoms are “just part of getting older.” I created this practice to give adults more time to talk about what’s really going on, understand their health, and make informed decisions about their care.
